You don't want to sleep in the partyhall (or in one of the seperated sleeping areas) and are looking for a more comfortable accomodation? No problem, we've talked with some hotels in Bingen to give you an inexpensive chance to sleep and come clean to the party :). Just as in the previous years, Breakpoint features a Hotel Reservation System, which allows you to book hotel rooms in Bingen at greatly (up to 50%) discounted prices. Also the participating hotels will be connected to the party location with a free shuttle bus service non-stop from 09:00 in the morning till 04:00 in the night, so it's a real nice full-service-solution to your sleeping needs ;)
All hotels are located in the center of Bingen, near the rhine (Rhein) river and are close to each other. They all will be connected to the Breakpoint location by our free bus shuttle service. The hotel keepers will have information for you on how to get to the Breakpoint shuttle bus stops nearby.

Booking confirmations will be given by the hotels to us, and we will confirm your booking by email. We are sending out the registrations in blocks, so it may take up to three weeks until you receive your confirmation. However, even before you get that confirmation, you can rest assured that your booking is safe. If there should be any kind of trouble with your reservation, we'll contact you.
Also please do not try to place reservations at the participating hotels directly, it will only result in you paying higher prices and get the hotel keepers confused.
Pricing schemes: Most of the partnering hotels are paid per person, not per room, only Hotel Römerhof charges per room, so the cost for a double room includes up to two persons.Therefore, you should enter 2 for the number of persons for a double room in the form below. It is not possible to book a double room with a single person. So, if you book a bed in a double or 3-4 people room, you should get the needed number of scene friends in advance to share the room with you, and do one registration with the number of people in the form below. Attention: The field "People" should never be higher than the number of people that fit into the chosen room. In other words, please do not book a double room with 4 people. Instead, do two seperate reservations with 2 people each.

  | Hotel Römerhof This hotel is located on the other side of the Nahe river, near to the central station - but still in walking distance to the inner city. Unlike all the other hotels, it is not located directly near the railroad tracks, so if you are in need for silence, choose this hotel.   | Hotel Trollmühle This hotel is located outside of Bingen in the small village "Münster-Sarmsheim", which is pretty near to the Breakpoint location. This is a really beautiful 3-star level hotel in a silent area, featuring a very good restaurant. Again, keep in mind that this is not inside the Bingen city, unlike all the other hotels. This hotel however too is connected by the free Breakpoint shuttle bus, so getting from and to the Breakpoint location is easy (however only every second Breakpoint bus will stop there, which means there will be service once per hour).This is the second time they are partnering with us, and the feedback we got from visitors in 2009 for this hotel have been very good. Also they've offered real good special pricings for sceners. So, if you are looking for a nice, silent hotel with a good restaurant and good breakfast, choose this one. Pricing is per person.   | NH Rheinhotel Bingen The biggest and most known hotel in Bingen, with a 4-star rating.   | Café-Hotel Köppel House Köppel has recently renovated, and their rooms look much better now. They also now got a 2-star rating. Sadly for this year they decided not to give scener discounts, the prices they offered actually have been above their regular rates, which is quite a rip-off. You still may want to book directly with them, prices should be around 48 Euro/Night for a single room, and 78 Euro/Night for a double, both including breakfast. This is a 100% non-smoker hotel.
